Yes. SofaScroll is free for two-person rooms, forever. Pro is a single $4.99 purchase that unlocks groups of 3+ and up to 10 rooms. No subscription, no ads, nothing recurring.

Does everyone in the group have to pay?

No. One person buys Pro and their rooms are unlocked for everyone in them, so friends and partners join free.

Do we both need the app?

Yes, and it’s free for both of you. One person creates a room, the other scans the QR code or taps the invite link and they’re in.

Does SofaScroll copy or re-upload videos?

No. Your queue stores links and details like source and who added it. Videos play from the original platform inside one clean frame.

How does watching on TV work?

Tap the cast icon and the queue plays on your Chromecast or Google TV while your phone becomes the remote. Casting works from Android today.

When is the iPhone app coming?

iOS is in active development. Android is live on Google Play today, so mixed couples can start now and the iOS half joins when it ships.

Is our queue private?

Completely. Rooms are invite-only, with no public feeds, no discovery, no strangers. Only people in your room see what’s in it.
